Michelle Hall’s 6-day Virtual Book Tour hosted by the National Writing for Children Center kicks off Monday, February 14
Children’s author Michelle Hall is being showcased the entire month of February at the National Writing for Children Center. Part of this showcase includes a 6-day virtual book tour. Join Suzanne Lieurance, founder and director of the National Writing for Children Center, and the virtual book tour hosts as they welcome Michelle Hall for her exclusive tour that starts Monday, February 14.
Michelle Antoinette Hall, nee Grogan, was born in Barbados in the Caribbean, to Mr. and Mrs. Rudol Grogan. The younger of two children, Michelle left her island home and migrated to the United States in 1987. Michelle, always one to pursue goals that would make a difference in her community and country, joined the United States army and went to work giving back to this country she now called home. As an active duty soldier Michelle received an Army Achievement Medal, Army Commendation medal and other rewards for her outstanding service.

Michelle has always loved writing and is the recipient of the Prometheus Muse of Fire trophy from the Famous Poets Society. Children’s stories are her favorites to write and this is her second published children’s story. Her first book Alyssa Says is named after her daughter an unexpected miracle and blessing.

Michelle currently resides in Texas with her husband and beautiful daughter Alyssa. Michelle still seeks out any ways in which she could give back to the community. In 2006 she started “The L.O.V.E. Center – Ladies of Victory Evolving” operated out of her home for preteens and teens teaching them skills and giving them tools to become virtuous women. She also counseled at the HOPE Pregnancy Center, and is continuing her studies in Social Work. Michelle believes that while you are here on earth you should give back in some way and daily she seeks to do that.

National Writing for Children's Center Showcase

Hello again to everyone,
Just reminding some and letting others know that this entire month of February (starting today) I am being featured by the National Writing for Children's Center. You can see it all at their website. http://writingforchildrencenter.com/

Learn more about me, my new book City Dog and Country Cat - "And So We Meet Again", My first book "Alyssa Says" and how I came to love writing so much, and got the idea for this new book.

Then keep following and look out for an update on the 6 day virtual tour where the NWCC will be showcasing me and my book. Everyday will be something new, informative, and very interesting.

And last but not least: Don't miss my blog radio interview. Now, I'm a little nervous but just knowing that you my friends will be listening will make me happy. This interview at the moment has been scheduled for Tuesday February 15 at 2:00 p.m. If you, like I was, do not know how to access the blog radio, do a little test run before so you don't miss it on the actual day.

Well, thank you to all those who have been supportive and I hope others will become fans as well. Running off now to sign some books to mail out to New Jersey before this temperature drops anymore outside. Brrrr. Also, Barbados - Days Bookstore - yours will be hitting the Rock really soon.

Peace and love and all God's blessings.
Michelle
